Estimates and booking
A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. Service is confirmed only after Jett Route Transit reviews the request, provides final pricing, receives required payment, and confirms availability.
Service scope
Standard service uses cargo vans without liftgates. We do not accept hazardous materials, refrigerated freight, or household moves. Airport, port, secure-access, weekend, after-hours, and urgent requests require separate review.
Cargo and access
The customer must provide accurate dimensions, weight, contents, addresses, contacts, and site conditions. Cargo must be safely packaged and suitable for cargo-van transport.
Cancellations and claims
Cancellation, waiting-time, redelivery, claim, and liability terms will be shown on the approved quote or service agreement before booking.
Effective August 27, 2026. Final agreements should be reviewed by qualified counsel.
